Packer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 7:00pm to 7:00am)

Rotating Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). This schedule follows 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off pattern, resulting in working 7 out of every 14 days and providing consistent three-day weekends every other week.

Join our distribution team in Maumelle, AR, as a Temporary Packer on our night shift. This role is essential for ensuring products are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment within a fast-paced, cold storage environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to established company standards and customer specifications. Inspect products for quality defects and ensure all items meet quality control guidelines. Operate and monitor packaging machinery as required, ensuring proper function and reporting any malfunctions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures. Successful completion of a Background Check is required. Successful completion of a Drug Screen is required.

High School Diploma
