About the Role:

As a PRN Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will provide professional nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents' conditions, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered by the physician

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including pain, discomfort, and potential complications

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including charts, reports, and logs

• Nurse duties may include working variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Nurse certification or registration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
