Pay Rate: $48.00 per hourShift: 1st What’s a typical day as Project Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Supporting the planning, organization, and implementation of projects by coordinating schedules and collaborating with project teams, vendors, and partners.
• Maintaining project plans, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring activities meet specified objectives.
• Assisting with project analysis, including reviewing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and performing feasibility studies.
• Developing and maintaining project-related documentation and coordinating communications among stakeholders.
• Serving as a liaison, scheduling cross-functional meetings, and handling project-related administrative functions.
• Overseeing project activities and priorities in compliance with departmental policies and, in the absence of a Project Manager, coordinating small to medium projects.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management or a related field, or have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years advanced administrative or project planning experience (or a related Master’s degree with at least one (1) year of experience).
• Possess proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excel at managing change, cross-functional planning, and advanced data analysis.
• Have a CAPM certification (preferred, but not required).
• Are skilled in time management, public speaking, and diplomatic stakeholder engagement.
