Inside Sales Representative

Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a Fortune 1000 client in the automotive marketplace space. This role is ideal for a competitive, sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of active opportunities.
• Meet daily sales and performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Accurately track activity in CRM systems.
• Partner with leadership to review pipeline and performance.

Training & Development

• Structured onboarding program.
• Hands-on sales and negotiation training.
• Development in objection handling and relationship building.
• Expected ramp time: 4-5 months.

Performance Metrics

• Minimum expectation: 6 deals per day.
• Average performers: 10 deals per day.
• Top performers: 20+ deals per day.

Compensation

• $39,000 base salary.
• Commission earned per closed deal.
• First-year earnings potential: $60K+.
• Increased commission opportunities based on performance.
