Assembler 2nd Shift

Major medical manufacturing company located in Southington, CT is hiring Assemblers for the 2nd shift. The Assembler I position will inspect, weigh, package, and sort out defective medical devices as required. Hours: Monday - Friday 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm. Positions are temp-to-hire with room for advancement. Compensation: $18.99 - $19 per hour (Second shift). The offered pay will be based on education, experience, work location, specific duties, certifications, etc. Additional Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) plan (eligibility required). Responsibilities Able to comprehend and follow written procedures. Good hand/eye coordination. Ability to take constructive feedback. Work on assigned line or process at the production rate without requiring assistance. Accept change and be flexible to changing work environments; willingness to learn new concepts/processes. Assemble parts from subcomponents (hand assembly off-line & on-line). Identify and communicate non-conformities and/or quality problems. Effective listening skills & communication skills.
