Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make an impact in educational settings near Lakewood, WA! For the 26/27 school year, several contract SLP positions are available, with full-time schedules and the flexibility to match your caseload preferences. You’ll support approximately 50 students across one or two school sites, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to the students who need it most.

Candidates with their CCCs, as well as those completing their CFY, are encouraged to apply. You’ll need a current Washington SLP license and ESA certification to qualify.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Eligible SLP credentials: CCC or CFY
• Current Washington State SLP license
• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings a plus
• Commitment to supporting student communication and academic success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective speech-language services within K-12 school environments
• Manage an average caseload of 50 students, tailored according to your strengths and preferences
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain meticulous records
• Travel to up to two school sites during the course of the workweek
