Woody Folsom CDJR Douglas is seeking an EXPERIENCED MECHANIC to join our team in Douglas, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and an opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles, primarily Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM models.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools and computerized equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Stay current with latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably with dealership experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and repair procedures.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay rate of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
