In this rewarding role, you will help children overcome communication challenges while working on a supportive and collaborative team! Speech therapy services may be provided via a Hybrid Caseload model of in-person and teletherapy sessions. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities(SLP). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children (SLP). Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills (SLP & SLP-A). Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals (SLP & SLP-A). Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals (SLP & SLP-A). Educate families on communication strategies and techniques (SLP & SLP-A). Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy (SLP & SLP-A). Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities (SLP & SLP-A). Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP). Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP-A). Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist/Assistant in Texas. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals. Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and technologies. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Reliable & insured transportation. Current CPR.
