Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

A rapidly growing global food manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Manager to help lead one of its largest U.S. manufacturing operations located in the western Chicago suburbs. This individual will serve as a key operational leader supporting a large-scale, high-output production environment operating 24x6.

The ideal candidate will have strong food manufacturing leadership experience, bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, and the ability to lead frontline production teams in a fast-paced environment with a heavy operational floor presence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily food production operations in a high-volume manufacturing facility
• Drive safety, quality, labor efficiency, and production KPI performance
• Supervise and develop frontline production leadership and hourly teams
• Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

• Food manufacturing leadership experience required
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Experience leading large production teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Strong operational leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to support rotating schedules and occasional Saturdays
