Job Description Job Description Mig Welder/Fabricator Jackson/West Bend Employment type: Full-Time We are seeking someone that can MIG weld on mostly thin to medium gauge material. The ability to TIG weld would be a plus also but would not be needed. Primarily this would be a fabricator role depending on the job. Job Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of welding experience * Must have the ability to read a welding blueprint * Must have good problem solving and critical thinking ability Pay Rate: $20-26 per hour depending on talent level and previous experience Days/Hours: M - F 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd shift is available currently with a $2/HR Shift premium for an off-shift * Overtime offered but not required
