HRW Companies is looking for a full-time Director of Care.

The candidates will work to help provide quality resident care by assuring residents safety, physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs are met using excellent leadership and customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work alongside the administrator
• monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy
• provide training and direction to all staff in accordance with facility policy
• administer medications
• obtain weights and vital signs
• face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety
• assist with personal care needs
• chart
• interact with residents and address their needs and desires
• report changes in resident's health and behavior
• coordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resources
• on call, staffing, and scheduling

Skills:

• L1MA certification must be up to date
