Clinical Trials Manager

Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced Clinical Trials Manager to oversee Phase I-III oncology studies in a commercial setting. The role involves managing contract research organizations, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating clinical study execution, and collaborating across functional teams to advance the company's RAS-targeted cancer pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CRO activities and clinical study execution to meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance
- Identify, engage, and manage clinical vendors including CROs, core labs, and EDC providers
- Conduct site visits including training, initiation, and monitoring activities
- Collaborate with internal teams across clinical development, regulatory, QA, and finance functions
- Review study documentation, monitoring reports, and assist with safety and clinical study reports
Requirements
- Phase I-III clinical trial management experience in industry setting
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulatory requirements
- Oncology clinical operations experience preferred
- Contract Research Organization (CRO) oversight and vendor management expertise
- Familiarity with International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
- Site assessment, investigator qualification, and monitoring experience
