KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS Oversee day-to-day household operations and help ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate household schedules, appointments, deliveries, maintenance visits, and service appointments. Manage and communicate with household vendors, contractors, cleaners, landscapers, and other service providers. Schedule repairs and maintenance and follow up to ensure work is completed properly and on time. Maintain organization throughout the home and help establish systems for household records, supplies, and recurring needs. Handle household errands, shopping, returns, pickups, deliveries, and other requests as needed. Monitor household supplies and coordinate purchasing and restocking. Assist with personal and household calendars, reminders, reservations, and appointments. Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation, reservations, and related coordination as needed. Help coordinate family gatherings, events, dinners, guests, and special occasions. Receive and manage packages, mail, household correspondence, and deliveries. Maintain records for household vendors, warranties, maintenance schedules, invoices, receipts, and important documents. Assist with paying or organizing household invoices and expenses as directed. Coordinate with household staff or additional service providers when applicable. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the household and family. Identify household needs proactively and address issues before they become larger problems. Provide personal assistant and administrative support as needed. Handle special projects and other household-related responsibilities as requested.
