Job Title

Westbound & Down Brewing Company is looking for 2-3 individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player.

Job Description

All FOH staff will be trained and expected to perform all FOH duties and positions. Must be able to work Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest experience is special and catered to them
• Provide guests with beer information, history, and be able to answer their questions about our brand
• Proficient in cash handling
• Familiar with Point of sales systems
• Able to be on your feet for 5-8 hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Great customer service
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues and scheduling
