POSITION DETAILS

Location: On-site in Columbia Falls or Kalispell, MT 

Schedule: Full-time, typically a 4/10 schedule

Required Qualifications  

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 

• Current Montana Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills 

• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care 

Key Responsibilities  

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans 

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques 

• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and wellness practices 

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes 

• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure comprehensive patient care 

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards
