Account Manager - Industrial Pumps

Sun Valley Search

Our client, an internationally recognized pump manufacturer, is seeking an experienced pump salesperson to sell pumps into the industrial market, with an emphasis on the pulp & paper sector. The territory covers Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and candidates must reside within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Increase penetration into existing accounts.
Research the market to develop new accounts.
Direct sales and manage relationships with two distributors.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of engineered pump experience.
Strong background with rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, mechanical seals, bearings, or couplings.
Experience in pulp & paper is a plus.
Proven track record of success; hunter mentality preferred.
