Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role: We’re seeking a dedicated and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support school districts in Washington. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and guiding behavioral and educational practices to help students with academic and behavioral needs thrive. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support teams to create meaningful, measurable change in the school environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skill-based assessments Develop Behavior Intervention Plans aligned with client/student needs Provide staff supervision for RBTs, paraeducators, and technicians Monitor data and adjust interventions based on progress Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Washington State guidelines Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification Experience conducting assessments and developing ABA-based interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Washington public schools, clinics, or early-intervention programs Familiarity with WAC 392-172A and Washington IEP/MTSS frameworks Prior supervision experience Background supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
