Project Manager Business Analysis/Project ManagementProject Manager | Location: Cranston, RI | Contract | Hourly Pay Range: $45-$61Our client in Cranston, RI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple data collection platforms and ensure workflows effectively support business needs. This role involves managing system integrations, triaging production issues, and implementing system enhancements within a structured SDLC environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the technical and operational functions of various systems, including case management and billing quality assurance.Coordinate resolution of production issues and implement new system functionalities across multiple contracts.Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.Follow structured SDLC processes to guide system development and enhancements.Work closely with the Division of Enterprise Technology Strategy and Services (ETSS) on technology initiatives.Provide oversight of technology deployments, maintenance, and support operations for strategic portfolios, including contract, finance, and security initiatives.Assist in identifying emerging technologies and opportunities for process improvement.Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience.Experience working with healthcare systems and standards, including HIPAA and PHI.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree in Public Health, Computer Science, or related field preferred.On-site work in Cranston, RI.W-2 tax status.Preferred QualificationsHealthcare system implementation experience.Experience managing technology portfolios related to contract, finance, or security initiatives.About Delphi-USPeacemakers in the Talent War Delphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
