Crew Member

This is a fun and flexible hourly position that offers great pay and a fantastic team environment at SONIC Drive‑In. The role, known as the Restaurant Team Member, is a combination of food service duties across Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard and Drive‑Thru stations. Responsibilities Take orders and provide accurate change quickly. Provide food service to guests with enthusiasm. Package all menu items and check for product quality and consistency. Prepare drinks and ice‑cream treats. Prepare food orders and cook on the grill; operate the fry station as needed. Clean the drive‑in restaurants – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter‑tops and sanitizing food areas. Requirements Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business needs. Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills. Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic Drive‑In restaurants. General knowledge and understanding of the food service/restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required. Additional Qualifications Friendly and welcoming individuals who enjoy providing pleasant and courteous food service to guests. Willingness to cross‑train in all stations.
