Caregiver (Full‑Time) – Independent, Skilled, Reliable

Synergy HomeCare of Barrington is seeking a self‑motivated, highly skilled, and dependable caregiver to join our fast‑paced care team. This position requires strong clinical awareness, excellent time‑management, and the ability to work independently while supporting clients with a wide range of needs.

Position: Full‑Time Caregiver (40 Hours)

Schedule Requirements:

• Must work every other weekend

• On‑call availability required from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Position begins hourly and will progress to salary based on performance and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on care to clients ranging from companionship to complex cases

• Safely operate Hoyer lifts , sit‑to‑stand devices , and other mechanical equipment

• Assist with personal care, mobility, safety monitoring, and daily living activities

• Adapt to changing client needs in a fast‑paced environment

• Maintain timely and professional communication with the office

• Uphold client dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Strong time‑management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with mechanical lifts and complex‑care clients preferred

• Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
