Responsibilities
- Execute quality projects and studies in product/process development and manufacturing support
- Lead projects of intermediate scope with cross-functional teams
- Qualify, maintain, and troubleshoot particle analysis equipment
- Evaluate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective/preventive actions
- Generate and update standard operating procedures, test methods, and technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 2+ years quality laboratory, microbiology, or sterility assurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with membrane filtration for particle analysis
- FTIR and microscopy experience preferred
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 base annually
