We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our Port Richey office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience.

Position Overview As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating appointments, assisting patients, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

You'll be one of the first points of contact for patients, helping ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

Schedule Evening shifts available: 12:00 PM8:00 PM or 5:00 PM8:00 PM Saturday availability preferred: 9:00 AM1:00 PM Part-time schedule averaging approximately 1015 hours per pay period Flexible availability is important based on business needs

What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process Coordinate appointments and help manage daily schedules Answer patient questions and provide general information about office services Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently Support smooth workflow in a fast-paced dental office Travel between nearby office locations as needed Assist with additional front office responsibilities when required

What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays Strong customer service and communication skills Passion for creating positive patient experiences Bilingual skills are a plus
