In this role you will provide technical ground facilities support to the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Integration lead.What You'll Be Doing:Provide systems and interoperability analysis and technical guidance regarding the THAAD weapon system with international partnersAssist Integration Lead with managing the technical aspects of all assigned force design workProvide direct support to the Project Manager and Deputy Project ManagerCollaborate and coordinate efforts with multiple external agencies and stakeholdersIdentify deficiencies and shortcomings in planned or ongoing design reviews and provide options for fixing themDocument and communicate interim and final technical findings and results in a clear manner that is understandable to senior-level decision makersActively participate in regular and ad hoc force design meetings and technical exchanges​What Required Skills You'll Bring:Active Secret clearanceBachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent work experience that meets guidelines established for job. Master's Degree or equivalent, may be preferred at this level8+ years of related professional experienceExperience with BMDS platformsUnderstanding of BMDS weapon system software update implementation plansUnderstanding of BMDS integration plans (current/future sensors, network architecture, weapon platforms)Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills requiredWorks independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problemsFamiliarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or THAAD Program Office work effortsProficiency in system engineering and execution processes ​What Desired Skills You'll Bring:MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project OR a BA/BS and 20+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projectOperational experience with THAAD or AN/TPY-2Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPointWork within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environmentSelf-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience within Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programsSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
