Responsible for stocking, picking, packing, shipping of HVAC equipment and supplies. Ensures accurate order fulfillment, maintains warehouse organization, and provides support to customers, contractors, and delivery teams while adhering to safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesStock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Process shipments and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.Ensure HVAC products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.Assist customers and contractors with order pickups and product identification.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures.Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support customer needs and timely deliveries.QualificationsExperience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.3 – 5 years of warehouse experience.Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.Ability to lift and perform physical warehouse duties.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer and data entry skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Order picking and packingReceiving and shippingForklift operationCustomer serviceRF scanner usageTime managementSafety complianceTeam collaboration
