We're seeking a seasoned and safety-conscious Class A CDL Heavy Equipment Flatbed Driver to roll with our dynamic crew. As a key player on our team, you'll be trusted with the safe transport and delivery of high-end production and event equipment to set locations across the greater LA area. Whether you're hauling a scissor lift to a red carpet event or delivering a generator to a major film shoot, your role is crucial in making sure everything arrives on time, in perfect condition, and ready to shine.

Schedule note: This role requires flexibility, including availability for night shifts, weekends, and overtime as business needs demand. We operate across events and productions that don't always run 9 to 5.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer or heavy-duty flatbed/lowboy trailer to transport rental equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, generators, and production equipment
• Load, secure, and unload heavy machinery using chains, binders, straps, and proper tie-down techniques per DOT and company standards
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle and trailer integrity
• Ensure full DOT and company compliance with all safety regulations and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries, pickups, and service calls
• Provide exceptional customer service — our clients are running productions and every minute counts
• Identify and suggest additional equipment or services that may help customers complete their projects
• Report mechanical issues, delays, or safety concerns to dispatch immediately

What You Bring to the Team:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (required)
• Minimum 2 years of flatbed or lowboy heavy equipment hauling experience — this is a requirement, not a preference
• Demonstrated knowledge of load securement: chains, binders, straps, and DOT tie-down regulations
• Comfort operating around and loading heavy equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and large generators
• Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor troubleshooting in the field
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
• Reliable, safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
• Availability for night shifts and weekends

Box truck, port, or general freight experience without heavy equipment hauling background does not meet our requirements for this role.
