Physical Therapist 1 Outpatient | Full Time | Days

Overview Concord Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation clinic featuring a strong orthopedic and manual therapy program. Patients include those with orthopedic and neurological deficits, sports injuries, and specialty diagnoses such as men’s/women’s health, vestibular disorders, lymphedema, oncology, concussion, and LSVT Big. Each appointment is 45 minutes dedicated to individualized care. Additional sign‑on bonus available for therapists with Lymphedema and/or Men’s/Women’s Health (Uro Pelvic) experience. Minimum starting pay is $74,874.98. Responsibilities Performs patient evaluations, develops and implements treatment plans in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards. Re‑evaluates patients and revises goals for all episodes of care. Documents in compliance with HIMS/QA standards, meeting medico‑legal and customer needs. Maintains productivity that supports patient access and clinic needs. Manages all insurance and charging requirements. Advocates for and actively contributes to team development. Completes hospital and departmental requirements (e.g., documentation, payroll, work‑day entries, meeting minutes, clinical competencies, performance review components, compliance assignments). Participates in hospital/departmental initiatives and special projects, including student/resident shadowing, community education, program development, professional promotion, in‑services, and hospital‑wide projects. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience working with a multidisciplinary team, diverse populations, and knowledge of growth and development across age and cultural groups. Strong communication skills in delivering treatment and documentation. Licensure & Certification Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Hampshire. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification (or equivalent) within 90 days of hire and re‑certified within 30 days of expiration. Physical & Work Requirements The role requires the following: regular lift, carry or push/pull of 10–25 pounds; occasional lift of 20–50 pounds; frequent bending, fine motor tasks, repetitive motion, reaching, sitting, squatting, standing and walking. Occasional climbing, driving and kneeling. Requires color vision, depth perception, far and near vision, and peripheral vision. Exposure to airborne pathogens, bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, electrical hazards, moving mechanical parts, slippery surfaces, toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level is usually moderate.
