24‐hour in‐house OB call shifts ‐‐ 8 am to 8 am Up to 21 days of call coverage per month Average 5 ‐ 10 patients seen per shift; 3 ‐ 5 admissions per 24‐hour period Inpatient setting with approx. 1000 deliveries per year Maternal Fetal Medicine and GYN Oncology services on‐site C‐section, VBAC, breech, and complicated deliveries required OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required ‐‐ Level I and II Surgical gynecology skills required ‐‐ open and laparoscopic Competitive compensation Pre‐paid travel and housing Paid AAA‐rated claims made malpractice Licensing assistance and cost reimbursement Member of NALTO
