The Role

We’re looking for someone who can jump in to help our Project Managers keep campaigns moving forward. You’ll start as a Digital Marketing Assistant, with the chance to move into full Project Management if you crush it.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Project Managers to make sure campaigns get done on time (and done well).
• Generating creative ideas to improve efficiency and results.
• Assisting our videographers, web developers, strategists, and designers.
• Using AI and marketing tools to help streamline work.
• Kicking challenges in the butt. :)

If you move into the Project Manager role, you’ll :

• Take a campaign plan and guide it from start to finish.
• Brainstorm with teammates, including our partners, writers, videographers, designers, and developers.
• Track progress, keep documentation updated, and ensure campaigns meet quality standards.
• Spot opportunities to improve and suggest smart tweaks along the way.

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in digital marketing (small business or enterprise).
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and basic project organization.
• A working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Great communication and time management skills.
• A friendly, practical phone manner.
• Most importantly: curiosity, creativity, and a team-first attitude.
