Contract | Full-Time | Days | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and healthcare team members
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Monitor and assess telemetry patients, identifying and responding to changes in cardiac status

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience with EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
