Position Summary:

As a Pure Raw Juice Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and refreshing experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of juices, smoothies, and other healthy products in accordance with our high-quality standards. Additionally, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

General Accountabilities

• Prepare and serve fresh produce, juices, smoothies, and bowls according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, offering recommendations, and addressing inquiries.
• Operate equipment and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils.
• Restock ingredients and supplies and perform routine maintenance equipment.
• Complete Standard checks such as temperatures of equipment.
• Educate customers about the health benefits of Pure Raw Juice products and promote new products or seasonal offerings.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Required to be able to lift heavy boxes that could be up to 50lbs.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthy ingredients, and health benefits is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy juicing equipment or supplies.
