Responsibilities Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring New Grad Registered Nurses (RN) for Postpartum. Postpartum Training Program: 16 weeks of didactics, hands‑on learning and clinical preceptorship. Application period: May 11 – May 31. Interviews in June. Program starts July 15, 2026. All positions are Full Time, Night Shift. New graduates with less than one year experience eligible. BSN preferred. California RN license. AWHONN Fetal Monitoring – successful completion of course every two years. AWHONN Basic Fetal Monitoring class within New to Specialty training program. AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring class within nine months of hire into a New to Specialty training program. NRP – successful completion of AAP and AHA course. ACLS (AHA) certification. BLS (AHA) certification.
