• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, facilities, and other destinations, adhering to all necessary protocols and regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a caring attitude towards patients and families.

• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, patient information, and any issues or concerns that may arise during transportation.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless transitions and ensure patient satisfaction.

• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain current knowledge of medical transportation procedures and regulations.

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
