This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards in power generation and aerospace industries. You will work fully on-site with opportunities on both 2nd and 3rd shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform predictive, preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment.Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines.Repair, assemble, and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.Rebuild, install, and make field repairs on centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.Maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems.Perform facilities and building maintenance.Document work activities using CMM.RequirementsAssociate degree or Trade School in a technical field with a minimum of 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or a high school diploma/GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience.Ability to work off shift, specifically 3rd shift (10pm-6am).Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.Ability to qualify for and utilize specialized personal protective equipment, including arc flash and fall protection.Compliance with all safety rules, including wearing personal protective equipment.PreferencesAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical/electrical schematics, and other specifications.Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience with PLC, CNC, and other electronic controls.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Self-motivated and results-driven.Additional Information3rd shift differential pay of 10%.Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays, and more.Ready to take the next step in your career?
