Position Summary Information


Minimum Qualifications


Graduation from high school, with at least 5 years of related accounting experience; graduation from a four-year college or university and 1 year of related accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

License/Certification Required

Essential Job Functions


Process incoming transactions according to CGA, University, State of NC, and federal guidelines, policies and regulations.

Analysis, data entry, filing.

Grant administration projects as assigned by Director, or Assistant Director of Contracts and Grants Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications


10 years accounting related experience.

Work Schedule/Hours


Flexible, generally within the hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
