Direct Support Professional - Intensive 1:1 Program

Empowered To Transform Lives

Provide direct care to and supervision of individuals served, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Implement Individual Service or Treatment Plans (ISPs/ITPs), Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and program routines. Assist individuals with activities of daily living including personal care, meals, mobility, and household tasks. Facilitate activities that promote skill development, independence, recreation, and community engagement. Monitor and document progress, behaviors, health concerns, and incidents in accordance with policy. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to support coordinated care. Safely transport individuals to appointments, activities, or community outings as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment while following all safety and regulatory requirements.
