Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
• Communicate changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician
• Assist with resident care and activities of daily living as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents and families

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
