We are expanding our litigation team and are looking to hire 8 Senior Litigation Associates . Key Responsibilities Handle high-value, high-exposure personal injury litigation cases Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings Communicate effectively with clients and guide them through each stage of litigation Work closely with experts, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits Collaborate with a strong in-office litigation team and support staff Required Qualifications Experience in personal injury or civil litigation Strong deposition and writing skills Willing to work minimum 50 hours per week Highly motivated, driven, and resilient mindset Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally Trial experience is a plus but not required — training and mentorship provided Why Join Beverly Law?
