As the Restaurant Area Director, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations, implementing company standards, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district
• Implement company policies and standards to enhance guest experience
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets and controlling costs
• Lead, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance and promote best practices
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
• Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on multi-unit operations
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
