In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to some of our most valuable clients, helping them unlock greater value from our solutions while strengthening long-term business outcomes. Your ability to build trusted relationships, drive adoption, influence cross-functional action and advocate for customer needs will directly contribute to client retention, growth and satisfaction. Working at the intersection of customer success, product innovation and business strategy, you'll create meaningful impact for clients while helping advance Global Payments' mission of delivering technology that simplifies commerce, empowers businesses and creates sustainable growth in an increasingly connected world.

What You'll Own

• Drive measurable client success across a portfolio of high-value Homeowners Association (HOA) customers by accelerating time-to-value, increasing product adoption and delivering outcomes that strengthen retention and long-term growth.
• Build and influence executive-level partnerships that deepen client trust, align solutions to business goals and position Global Payments as a strategic advisor that helps customers achieve meaningful results.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer performance through data-driven insights, proactive recommendations and strategic success planning that increases engagement, utilization and overall customer value.
• Champion client needs across the organization by partnering with product, support and operational teams to remove barriers, address risks and help shape solutions that improve the customer experience.
• Protect and expand portfolio health by proactively mitigating churn risks, driving successful business reviews and creating action plans that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients and the company.

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience in customer success, account management or client-facing HOA management roles with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Proven success delivering customer retention, adoption and growth outcomes within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer goals into actionable strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience engaging executive-level contacts.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities, influence cross-functional partners and maintain a strong focus on customer outcomes.

It's A Bonus If You Have

• Experience within Software as a Service (SaaS), Property Technology (PropTech) or the HOA industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Demonstrated success as a customer advocate, using customer feedback and industry insights to influence product adoption, client satisfaction and business improvements.
