Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Washington, DC (Takoma Park & Providence Locations) Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time About Us: Hemmatian Dental is a patient-focused dental practice with locations in Takoma Park and Providence, DC. We are committed to providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate registered dental hygienist to join our team. Job Responsibilities Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventative treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Take and review digital X‑rays. Accurately chart and document patient information in our dental software. Work collaboratively with dentists and dental assistants to provide excellent patient care. Maintain a clean and organized operatory, adhering to all infection control protocols. Requirements Must hold an active DC Dental Hygiene License. Proficiency in taking X‑rays and performing perio charting. Strong patient communication and education skills. Experience with Dentrix Ascend (preferred but not required). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Schedule & Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
