Entry Level Roofing Sales Best Choice Roofing Compensation $63,000.00 - $120,000.00/year Schedule Full time Job Type Permanent Overview Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Roofing Inspectors. This role is ideal for individuals looking to break into a high-growth industry with structured training and strong income potential. As an Entry Level Roofing Inspector, you will conduct property inspections, identify storm-related damage, and guide homeowners through the roof restoration process. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to warm sales leads to close contracts for services. Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking. Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage. Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided). Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to resolve client concerns. Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required. Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate best outcomes for homeowners. Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services. Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication. Qualifications 1-2 years of previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with lead generation or direct customer engagement is a plus. Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gather and analyze information. Ability to climb ladders and scale roofs for inspection. Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs. At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required).
