Family optometry practice accepting most insurance plans. OD will have excellent support, while maintaining clinical freedom and autonomy. Full-time or part-time applicants are welcome to apply. We prefer full-time candidates, but are willing to consider tailored schedules.

Job Expectations:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and detect any ocular abnormalities
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as needed
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices and answer any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometry practices and technologies

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited US optometry school
- Valid state license to practice optometry (prefer if already licensed in NM)
