Sr. Business Analyst - TS/SCI

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis. In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership competencies with proven experience leading and directing diverse teams to achieve high-performance outcomes, including mentoring team members in complex subject areas.
• Exceptional skills in oral and written communication, with a demonstrated ability to present complex strategies, data, and operational metrics to senior leadership and external partners.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers and analyze the outcomes of implemented strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites, with experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO) required for certain positions.
