Job Profile As a Loan Support Analyst Senior within PNC's Reserve Administration department, you will be primarily responsible for covenant monitoring and testing to safeguard lenders' cashflow and collateral as prescribed by the related loan documents. You will read and interpret commercial real‑estate loan documents and analyze financial statements, communicate with borrowers regarding test results, and perform quality‑control reviews on relevant testing that requires action. Experience with financial statements is preferred along with strong communication, time‑management, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Job Description Apply specialty product knowledge to the daily servicing of a portfolio of commercial real‑estate loans with complex borrower relationships and increased communication and autonomy. Support daily servicing of commercial real‑estate loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency) ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders. Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply loan terms accurately. Resolve non‑compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties. Review and process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements. Assist in preparation of periodic reporting (investor, internal, regulatory). Perform covenant compliance testing and maintain accurate loan‑servicing records. Support onboarding of new loans, transition of paid‑off or transferred loans, tax and insurance administration, collection activities on delinquent accounts, and may have funds disbursement authority. Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and contribute to risk‑mitigation. Serve as subject‑matter resource and provide specialty product training.
