In this full-time role, you will oversee daily trauma nursing operations, ensuring safe, evidence-based care for complex neuro patients. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, managing schedules, coordinating patient flow, and driving quality and safety initiatives. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while upholding our culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.
