Responsibilities

Performs administrative, office support activities and customer service. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, processing billing payments, texting and emailing late pay notifications, helping customers with driver monitor discount setup, and digital filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. A great phone voice and cheerful disposition when dealing with customers is a must. Other activities could include:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Mail billings.
• Dispense brochures.
• Update policyholders contact information such as phone number and email address
• Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.

Requirements:

• Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
