Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming member experience
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and motivating environment
- Manage scheduling and budgeting to optimize efficiency and resources
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective services
- Drive initiatives that increase member engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor facility maintenance and resolve issues promptly
- Partner with leadership to execute operational plans and support growth
- Experience managing daily operations in a fitness or hospitality environment
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team while creating a positive, inclusive culture
- Proven ability to optimize scheduling and manage budgets for efficiency
- Strong vendor management skills with a focus on cost-effective and timely services
- Ability to implement strategies that drive member engagement and satisfaction
- Knowledge of maintaining health and safety standards in a fitness environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and team members
