Chick-fil-A Team Leader

Work Hours Availability Monday - Saturday 5:00 AM - Midnight. Closed Sunday. Overview We have an opening for a Chick-fil-A Team Lead position. The work schedule will rotate to include opening, mid‑shift, and closing. Please apply only if you are available to work these hours. Responsibilities Running shifts and store operations Upholding team members to Chick-fil-A standards such as: Uniform and hygiene standards Hospitality standards Cleanliness standards Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts by offering an immediate and respectful response to all guests' needs. Delivering meals to guests at their table or in a designated pick‑up area, and providing excellent customer service at all times. Maintaining cleanliness of work area and dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground. Stocking sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed throughout shift. Effectively managing and leading a team of people serving guests while maintaining operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience. Coaching, teaching, and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone. Maintaining food‑safety and cleanliness standards. Opening and/or closing the restaurant as a key holder and leading the shift. Requirements Hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills. Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required. Authorized to work in the United States. At least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Available to work any time including Saturdays; time off can be granted for special requests. At least one year of previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred. High stress tolerance. Clear communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take ownership of assignments.
