Pay: $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Week #1 SunWedThursFri 9am-6pm, Week #2 MonTuesSat 9am-6pm
Hours: 36+

What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team
- Full-time: 36hours per week
- Day shifts (Monday – Friday)
- Every other weekend required
- $40.00 per hour
