This role contributes to ensuring compensation practices are market competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with organizational guidelines.The Compensation Specialist partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to support offer development, market pricing, and internal equity reviews. This position is responsible for conducting foundational to moderately complex analyses and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.The role also supports annual compensation processes through data validation, auditing, and reporting, helping to ensure accurate and consistent program execution.
